As a destination wedding photographer, I am lucky to be able to travel with my job. This year seeings me going to quite a few exciting locations! First on the list is Puglia in Italy to capture the special day of Kirsty and Troy.
What can I say about Kirsty and Troy’s wedding? One word: EPIC! The venue was stunning, weather was stunning, so were the bride and groom, bridal party and the fireworks at the end! Basically the whole day was a feast for the eyes! My camera was in overdrive and I was thrilled that I was able to capture so many special memories for these guys.
The venue was the Stunning Castello Monaci which is a elegant and luxury castle location, fully private with a long tree lined driveway and vineyard with its own wine cellar where we were able to take photos. The main area where the ceremony takes place is filled with the sound of birds which takes you to a whole different world. We were able to pop back to the tree lined avenue for some sunset wedding photos as well as capture the surprise fireworks for the couple. My last shot, which was a must have.. was under the twinkling lights of the hanging chandeliers… ROMANCE AT ITS BEST!
On my travels through Puglia to be Kirsty and Troys wedding photographer I visited Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Martina Franca, Lecce and Matera. I cant wait to return and love being a destination wedding photographer in Italy.
