As a photographer around 90% of a wedding day is natural, non-interfered with coverage. So this means I get to wander the space looking for moments to capture and look for creative and fashion inspired angles. The laugh of a relative who has travelling overseas to be there, the children playing, food being eaten, and the pure love between the couple! When you see the whole wedding gallery only small portions are family and couple photos so don’t worry about having to pose for every moment of the day.

THE INVESTMENT

As your wedding photographer I provide four key packages that you can choose from, each providing the bulk of what you need for your day. However if you do need a package that is not on the list, I can create a bespoke wedding photography package for you. My aim is to make choosing your wedding package as simple as possible and plan as much details with you on the consultation call so that on the day you can relax and enjoy your time with loved ones while I, as your wedding photographer capture the event unfolding.

I will work closely with you to tailor each detail and over the first consultation, location scouting if required (extra fee) , and engagement shoot (extra fee) , through to the final delivery of your wedding photos and albums. I am there with you at each step so you get the package and price that you need.

LACE

6 Hour Photography Package

Coverage for 8 hours can often be perfect for full wedding days. From tail end of prep through to just after first dance. This is a great package to cover just a little bit of everything to tell the story of the day.

8 Hour Photography Package

Perfect for smaller weddings and out of season. Often known to cover elopements. This package is offered on a case by case basis depending on my schedule. Please enquire with your wedding plans to see if this is possible.

PEARL

10 Hour Photography Package

Coverage for 10 hours is my most popular package. This covers from prep to after first dance with a more relaxed pace of the day, especially for summer weddings with longer evenings.

12 Hour Photography Package

Coverage for 12 hours. Covers everything you would need for a wedding day from prep to after first dance. With lots of wiggle room for timings, fireworks and anything else that could extend your day.

  • Pre-wedding call to run through all aspects of the wedding day.

  • Wedding album. A 40 page, hand bound wedding album in a presentation box.

Micro weddings

As 2020 had seen changes in weddings, it materialised the need for shorter coverage- so the micro wedding was born. This expired in 2021 when the world recovered. However for out of season and certain weekdays this is still possible. These will be quoted on a case by case basis starting at £500 for 2 hours. Please enquire for further details.

Destination Weddings

If you are looking for a destination photographer then I can work with you to make this as cost effective as possible. Only charging for my packages as a normal UK wedding and then travel and an overnight stays on top. Check out my blog posts for more information on these.

Film Photography

Film photography has come on leaps and bounds over the last 12 months. With the nostalgia of the film image being loved by so many couples I have looked to get involved in this lovely specialism.

In 2024 this was lightly launched and for 2025 this will be in full swing . The idea of film photography is to have small little snapshots of moments that work well for this format. It is NOT about replacing your digital files and capturing every moment- as not everything works well for film photos. But a small little stand alone selection of images. Second Photographer

Sometimes a wedding day can be tight on schedule or multiple locations where a second photographer might be preferred to make sure that you have the moments you want captured. I work with my husband Graham who is also a photographer. This means we are completely in tune with each other on the day (he takes orders from me very well! ha) and we blend seamlessly into your day. Instead of having a bank of different photographers who you are unsure which one would turn up with me on the day. We also have a separate photography business where we have blended both of our specialisms of wedding, fashion and architectural photography. Starting at £300

Main Albums

Made in Italy, the wedding album offers refined materials, seamless binding, with lay flat opening and distinctive quality finishing. It is available in numerous sizes large format sizes down to pocket sized wedding albums for family and friends.

Each book/box comes with a plain linen cover. You can personalise your albums by deciding the colour scheme and ribbon colours as well as material type and if you wish to have an image on the front or carpal cover with image as added extras. Delivery from Italy is approx 4 weeks. You can add a crystal cover with an image like the above or keep it simple and elegant with text only. The choice is yours.

You can always order second copies of your main album or variations. These start at £290.

Parent Albums

USB’s

I also offer 20×20 size parent albums in the Italian Hand bound style and same paper type. These are bound by the same Italian company who do the larger main albums that are in my packages. A more simplistic cover choice and box. You are still able to personally design the inside of your album. Delivery from Italy is approx 4 weeks. These start at £190.

You can decide to add a USB to your package, which come with your fully edited gallery inside. With a crystal and wood effect with our logo. I would recommend that you back these up immediate so you have a second copy of your images.

Engagement/Couple sessions & Proposals

Engagement sessions start at £350 and last for 1.5 hours and take place normally in Oxford, Cotswolds or London. Other locations might incur a travel cost. You can have longer sessions which then cost £170 per hour after the initial 1.5 hour base rate.I also cover proposals under this rate or more depending on your logistics.

Your Wedding Photography Journey

Booking a wedding photographer is a big decision. We are there for the whole day and often your biggest supporter, wedding planner and hype girl on the day! But it is not just on the wedding day. Here is a little break down into what goes into our perfect relationship as photographer and client.

01.

Before the wedding

Often couples book up to 2 years in advance. So my door is always open during all that time.

Contract and booking process complete- Open for support and advice.

Pre-wedding day consult call approx 1.5 months before the wedding day.

Wet and Dry weather plans are discussed on the call. As well as decide the package you need and timings.

The call will run through logistics, schedule of the day, photos required and all necessary advice for the day to run smoothly. I am your go to wedding planner built in!

During the wedding day

On the wedding day itself we will implement the schedule discussed but like any wedding day, this can adapt and change where needed.

We will have full, open and honest communication at every step of the way. Implementing your group photo list and add any in you might have forgotten!

Liaise with all your wedding suppliers and adapt for any weather changes. If we need to implement a wet weather plan we will and add in best times for sunset/golden hour.

Support you in each step if you are unsure. Eg, How to do a first look, How to hold the knife for cake cutting etc. I am your go to buddy.

After saying goodbye at the end of the night I will also confirm approx delivery times for your gallery.

After your perfect day

After the wedding day, you are off enjoying your honeymoon while I start making magic….

Stay up to date in Instagram with regular updates on couple gallery delivery dates.

Once your gallery is complete you will get an email with access and instructions. Sit back with a glass of bubbly and re-live your day!

If your package comes with an album you will select your favourites to go into the album design which is sent for approval. You will also get to pick album colour choices and options. Once approved it is sent direct from Italy!

GOT SOME QUESTIONS?

I am a London and Oxford wedding photographer, covering all of the UK and abroad as I am also an International Destination wedding photographer. Especially the London and Devon areas which is included of travel. Certain areas of the UK will look to have a small milage fee included. This is normally 30 miles outside of London. As mentioned, I am also a destination wedding photographer. Having previously covered Atlanta, Marrakesh, Venice, Malta, Cappadocia Turkey, Qatar, Santorini, Seychelles, Colorado, Greece and Kenya and also a wedding photographer Italy. Extra fees for destination weddings are kept minimal, meaning I work with you to find the best flights and accommodation. (normally the night before and the night of the wedding max unless further away) which you can see on my price page.

Yes. This is £200 to secure your day. This is non refundable and will mean the day is fully yours- this fee covers securing your date and turning away any other bookings for this date as well as admin, contract creation and any phone calls leading unto the booking. I am afraid I cannot hold dates without a booking fee or the paperwork coming back. If you are keen to have me let me know. Often there can be several enquiries for one date and if a couple come back first with the paperwork they will be booked in the diary. Please do not presume I am holding your date as I do not wish to disappoint any couples.

Yes, as a creative wedding photographer in London and the Cotswolds I think these are a great idea! You can add an engagement shoot onto any of the packages you would like. These are priced at £350 for a 1.5 hour shoot and can be extended if you wish to have longer. As a Cotswold wedding photographer, I also know some lovely locations arounds Arlington Row, Lower Slaughter, Oxford and the countryside. Couple sessions are done during the weekdays only due to wedding bookings at the weekend.

Of course. All packages are a guide and we can add or take away items as required and I can provide you with a tailor made quote. Just let me know what you might be looking for.

This depends on the package you have. But it is normally anywhere between 600-1000 images. I do not cap number of images and this all depends on how ‘active’ your day has been for me to capture. Couples normally receive a minimum of 600 images.

Yes, these come print ready at high resolution without watermarks, so you do not need to order prints through me.

It is always lovely to be offered this, as this can be a very long day and anything over 8 hours has this in my contract. But I never request anything special, whatever is easiest for you and your caterers. It also means I can re-fuel and perform much better. Make sure you speak to your caterer to add this into you service plans.

I would say at least an hour and a half minimum for drinks reception. As this allows you time to mingle, enjoy canapés as well as get the time in for group shots and the private couple moments. This allows things not to be rushed and have a mixture of all of these elements. These parts are my signature style, it is what makes me stand out from other photographers so make sure you give me enough time to create some magic!

Yes. I have public liability insurance to 5 million, professional indemnity insurance and kit cover. And can provide a copy to your venue if they request this. Some grade 1 listed buildings require 10 million, so my insurance can be increased where needed but would be added to your invoice- this would be a minimal cost for a 1 day event.

Yes! I have been so lucky to travel and have been to Marrakesh, Qatar, Italy, Santorini, Atlanta, Malta and soon to be Portugal, France, Croatia, Sorrento, Lake Como. I work with couples to find the best rates re travel and flights. normally charge 1 or 2 night stay only (depending how far away your location is, longer stays might be required the longer the flight). So taking your wedding photographer abroad doesn’t have to be expensive, but means you can build that relationship before you travel and have security in knowing your photographer is in the UK after the wedding day.

Yes, although only a small amount. It is important that the agreement is signed, as this can be a long relationship with some couples booking more than 2 years in advance. This contract informs all parties what is expected of each other as well goes into editing, delivery etc. You will also have a booking form with all the important details I would need to know for the day- this would be my go-to document. These are provided via e-sign for a simple process. No printing or scanning required! Until this comes back with the deposit I cannot hold the date.

Yes, this is completely fine. We can discuss payment terms and decide the best steps forward. Noted down on your account and invoiced when you need them.

Depending on the time of year, this can be between 5-8 weeks for your online gallery and USB, but ideally this is delivered beforehand. Albums are around 4 weeks from design and shipped from Italy.

Depending on your package, images are around 600+ individually edited in my own signature style as you see on the website. The only images that do not get edited are duplicate shots, test shots and people blinking! Any above and beyond editing requests such as swapping heads and removing large items wold be charged at extra as per the contract.

No, I have really hated the watermark process, as I feel it can spoil the image. I understand it is good for marketing, so all I ask is that if you do share them on social, just give my company a little tag. I would be very grateful.

Of course. I love to plan ideas with couples, the more the merrier. Send me Pinterest ideas or boards and I can alway source certain propels if needed. I often use smoke and other things in my images to create fashion inspired images if you require this.

No. I do not provide any un-edited images. Like most photographers, we do not send out any work that is un-finished. As you are hiring me for my style. This is half how I photograph and half how I edit.

Yes! Normally a month before we would have a phone call or zoom/whatsapp video call to run through the schedule of the day, shot lists for groups and any other requirements and questions. I currently do not do any in person meetings since my diary is so full.
