I was back at the Roman Bath again, this time for my first sunset wedding. Most people tend to pick the morning so they then have the rest of the day for different activities and dinner not quite so close to midnight. But there really is something magical about having it at night.
Patrick and Catherine did an elopement without friends and family and were then planning on a party later in the year. This trip and wedding was just about the two of them.
I knew it would be a challenge with the couple arriving around 15 minutes before sunset so that light would be constantly changing throughout each part of the wedding ceremony. By the time it came to ring exchange it really was getting dark! And then when it came to the final night photos we were in complete darkness. But look how magical the silhouette photos are. Pure heaven!
