I always love when I am able to go back to Kew Gardens for a wedding. The team there really are just fantastic! From great time keeping, to friendliness and just being on point for the whole day. It really does make my job much more smoother!

I was back at Kew for Emmeline and Oliver’s wedding day. Which was a really lovely day. All of their guests were friendly, full of life and ready for a good party. It was a longer day than normal as the couple went for 14 hours of coverage so a lot longer than my normal packages as they had a lot of different elements to their day.

We started off at the Hilton in Holland Park for bridal and groom preparation shots before heading over to Temple church for their ceremony. Which  had great personal meaning to the couple and a very personal service from the vicar. Before heading on a coach with guests to head back to kew Gardens. as this was a Monday wedding it was a good idea to keep all guests together for travelling across the centre of the city. And this meant we couple start drinks reception nicely on time. A really good tip for central London weddings in regards to transport!

Once drinks and group photos were done, I jumped into the buggy provided by Kew to be able to get the couple photos in some of the most pretty locations around Kew Gardens. We then headed back into the crown for a call to dinner and some amazing food.

Fast forward to some great personal speeches and a cake cut with Olivers Grandma for her birthday really did top the day! The cake itself was also made by Emmeline!

We then headed over to the Princess of Wales conservatory for cocktail hour for a few extra couple photos and lots of candid. This was a great experience as I had never actually been in there before and got to capture some great shots. Back to Cambridge cottage for dancing and party time saw me ending the night around 11pm with a big smile on my face and ready for bed after a long day!

I hope you enjoy seeing these shots as much as I did taking them! If you are interested in me capturing your Kew Garden wedding then do get in touch! 🙂
