Sam & Ben. WHAT AN AMAZING LOVE STORY!
Sam got in touch with me to capture their wedding at the Roman Baths which I have captured quite a few there. So it was great to get to go back. I found out that they originally wanted to have their wedding in Venice in Murano. But a family members health took a decline so they decide to host in the UK to avoid the travel issues. But a few months later Sam got in touch to ask if I would continue their wedding story over in Venice where they decided to have their honeymoon instead. What a great idea!
So began their wedding adventure. Which started with a sunrise ceremony at the Roman baths with reception at the Ivy. They even had a saxophonist and ended the day with sparklers. Fast forward to a few days I was then on a flight to Venice to meet them and their Videographer Dan to get some amazing couple photos.
We started the day with another sunrise! It is always best with popular locations to start early to beat the crowds, as within an hour it can be packed! We started with the Bridge of sighs, headed over to St Marks square and then did a gondola ride. Before having lunch and heading to Murano where they had ice cream and captured their hotel dock. And ended with a boat ride around the basin.
After their day I then headed over to Lake Como for a little personal project before heading home. This wedding ended my travel for the 2023 season and what an adventure it was!
