Venice has been one of the most romantic cities I have been able to visit. I had been 3 years since I had visited and it was so so lovely to go back with Alex and Jason- creative dreamy images before the crowds of Venice overtook us! If you are considering getting married in Venice.. I would say absolutely. As a Venice wedding photographer I have been lucky enough to see the sweet spots to photograph and can get you the most lovely of shots! There are so many picturesque streets of Venice that lend itself so perfectly to a photos- somewhere the couple can take themselves off, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist parts of the city and be completely and utterly in love in the city of Love!
Seeing the mains sights of Venice for the photos is a must! Such as the Bridge of sighs and St Marks Square.. .but be quick! Often the best times to go are sunrise so you can beat the crowds who all want the epic photos! Sunset can also be an option but pick more secured spots to see the sun set rather than the busy aspects and get that at sunrise only.
