Cornwell Manor Proposal
Cornwall Manor is one of those venues that you cannot help falling in love with. And it was a joy to head back to capture this stunning proposal. I was contacted about a month before to enquire if I was available to capture the event. With a favourite film was the Holiday where they filmed some scenes form the movie at Cornwell Manor. So it was key to get the main house as the central focus. As they were both coming over from the US for a trip to London and the Cotswolds, The spot was then decided for the proposal. We jumped on a call and planned out the ideas. With the visit being part of a surprise stop off at the house. As Cornwell Manor is by appointment only, Charlotte form Cornwell was also in on the surprise and greeted them when they arrived. Saying they were not allowed on site, but they could have a quick look at the garden while the owner was out. As they walked down the stairs, I hid out of sight, and came out when they turned towards the building to look at the house and got down on one knee. And she said Yes!
I then let them have a little bit of time to themselves before we then did some couple photos in the gardens, with the house and steps by the fountain as our main focal point. Before they enjoyed a glass of champagne to celebrate. They then headed off for the rest of the days activities in the Cotswolds! Congratulations to you both!
